My daughter’s wedding couldn’t have gone any more smooth, even when it decided to rain for a few minutes as the ceremony was about to begin. Kayla and Heather ensured our guests kept dry and helped keep the bride calm. From the beginning of the day they ensured my daughter and the entire bridal party, and our guests were taken excellent care of throughout the entire day and night. They worked their behinds off, but did it so we never had anything to worry about. Words cannot begin to describe the gratitude we have for all they did!! Their professionalism made the entire experience from the first meeting until the end perfect! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I wouldn't have been so calm and relaxed on my wedding day if it weren't for Kayla & Heather! I had ZERO stress along the way, and every time I met with them they helped with every step. My wedding was perfect, and a large part is due to their coordination!

So I’m a little late on doing this review but I just HAD to before the end of 2017! We got married at The Delamater House on November 11th and had the most amazing experience with Kayla and her team!
Throughout the whole planning progress (about a year), Kayla Dixon was always there to provide me with guidance on recommendations, an ear to bounce ideas off of, and a friend when the day came.
About 10 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to start it started to rain but Kayla stayed calm, stalked the weather radar and made the educated decision to not move our ceremony indoors. 15 minutes passed and the rain stopped. Kayla and her crew sprung into action and had the pews wiped down in no time. They moved our guest from the barn (which is where they were being held while the rain was coming down) onto dry pews and even though our timeline was slightly off, we moved on with everything and never felt rushed.
If you’re looking for a day of coordinator that takes full control of your day so you can fully enjoy it, I recommend Kayla. I can go on and on about all the little things that helped easy our planning and process but I’ll probably have the worlds longest review!
Do yourself a favor and book a day of coordinator, make it fit in the budget... you won’t regret it!

The team of people that Belles and Bow Ties have are irreplaceable. My wedding turned out to be a fairytale and look like one too! Most of my guests said it was the prettiest wedding they have ever been to. Heather and Kayla made the process of wedding planning smooth and easy. They coordinated the day flawlessly. I highly recommend Belles and Bow Ties for your wedding needs! Love you guys!! If I could give 6 stars I would!!

I can’t say enough good things about Kayla and her team. From meeting with her 6 months out all the way up until our wedding day, Belles & Bow Ties was there for my questions and concerns and to help with the planning process. The day of my wedding I was 100% STRESS FREE which is what everyone bride needs on this day. Kayla and her team took my vision and transformed it to even more than I had envisioned. They made sure I was happy the entire day/night and were there when I needed anything. To future brides, PLEASE do yourself the favor and get the day-of-coordinator. More importantly, hire Belles & Bow Ties to help you on your special day. It wouldn’t have been so perfect without them!

I cannot thank the Belles & Bowties team enough for making our recent backyard wedding one of the best days of my life! I was fortunate enough to have known Kayla for many years as a family friend and she was the perfect person to recommend the absolute best team of vendors to make the day a success - not one of her recommendations was off!
As we got closer to the big day, I met the rest of the team including Heather, Tyler and Ashley to finalize all the details for transforming our home for the wedding. I was blown away by their thoughtful ideas and how much effort they were putting in to help me make sure that everything was in place and ran without a hitch - not an easy thing to do in an unpredictable backyard venue with Florida weather. Every time a need or a random thought crossed my mind I would turn around to find that Heather had already taken care of it :-) From day one, I felt like I'd known them as family friends for years already!
The whole night of the wedding my new husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves without any stress. All the vendors had Belles and Bowties to run interference and keep to the timeline - it was very clear that they had all previously worked together and knew how to pull off a good time! The team also did an amazing job of breaking down and cleaning up what they could, letting us relax the next day rather than our normal day after cleanup routine from a big party. I would absolutely recommend the Belles and Bowties team for a couple's big day! Huge thank you again to the team :)
